Yazıcıoğlu kazası için, dedektifler, geliyor

       BBP, helikopter kazası için Almanya’dan dedektif, üç ülkeden uzmanlar getirtiyor

     Helİkopter kazasında beraberindeki 5 kişiyle birlikte hayatını kaybeden BBP lideri Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu’nun ölümünün araştırılması için Almanya’daki bir dedektiflik bürosuyla görüşmelere başlandığı öğrenildi. Ulaştırma Bakanlığı tarafından açıklanan kaza ön raporunda, kötü hava koşulları ve pilot hatasının helikopterin düşmesine gerekçe gösterilmesi, BBP’lileri tatmin etmedi.

     VATAN’a konuşan BBP Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Ahmet Şanverdi, “Almanya’dan kazayı incelemek için ilk ekip geldi. Yaklaşık bir hafta sonra Almanya’dan yeni bir ekip daha gelecek. Ardından ise ABD ve Kanada’dan kaza incelenmesi için ekipler gelecek. Bu ekiplerden 4 kaza raporu alacağız. Ulaştırma Bakanlığı’nın raporuyla birlikte elimizde 5 rapor olacak. Birbirinden bağımsız bu 5 raporu inceleyip, kararımızı ona göre vereceğiz. Ayrıca olayın incelenmesi için Almanya’da arkadaşlarımız dedektiflik bürolarıyla, görüşmelere başladılar” dedi.

Kapalı yerde incelenecek

     Alman Federal Havacılık Kurumu’ndan uzmanların incelemelere başladığını hatırlatan Şanverdi, şöyle konuştu: “Uzmanlar enkazı kapalı bir yerde tekrar toparlayıp, incelemelerde bulunacak” dedi. Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu’nun yaşamını yitirdiği helikopter kazasıyla ilgili Meclis araştırması açılmasına ilişkin önergeler ise, bugün TBMM’de ele alınacak. AKP, MHP ve CHP’nin konuya ilişkin araştırma önergeleri, TBMM Genel Kurulu’nda birleştirilerek, görüşülecek.

KAYIP ALMAN KADIN İNTERNET KANALIYLA ALANYA' DA ARANIYOR

     Almanya´da 11 yıl önce eşiyle tartıştıktan sonra evini terk ettiği bildirilen kadını, ailesi, yaşadığı iddia edilen Alanya´da aramaya başladı. Alanya´daki gazetelere mail gönderen aile, 60 yaşındaki kadının eve dönmesini istiyor.
     Alanya´daki gazetelere Wilfried Grau imzasıyla gönderilen e-mailde, Almanya´nın Stutgart şehrine bağlı Fellbach bölgesinde oturan Bernadette Mack Wandrey´in (60), 11 yıl önce eşi Klaus Michael ile tartıştıktan sonra evini terk ettiği bildirildi.
     Evini terk eden Wandrey´in bulunması için özel dedektifler, tutulduğunu belirten Wandrey´in damadı Grau, elektronik mesajında kayınvalidesinin en son Alanya´da görüldüğünün tespit edildiğini belirtti. Alanya´daki gazete ve televizyon kuruluşlarına kayınvalidesi Bernadette Mack Wandrey´in fotoğraflarını da gönderen Grau, mesajında, Wandrey´in eşi Klaus Michale´in trafik kazası geçirdiğini ve komada olduğunu ifade ederek, 60 yaşındaki kadına ´´geri dön´´ çağrısında bulundu.
Grau, mesajında şu görüşlere yer verdi:
     ´Almanya´yı terk eden Wandrey´in Alanya´da yaşadığını öğrendik. 11 yıldır kendisinden haber alamadık. Wandrey´in kızı, eşim Dorothea´nın üzüntüsü artınca annemizi aramaya başladık. Özel dedektifler, tuttuk ve izini Türkiye´de bulduk. Dedektiflerden, aldığımız bilgiye göre annem Alanya´da yaşıyormuş. Wandrey´in eşi, yani kayınpederim Klaus Michael bir trafik kazası sonucu komaya girdi. Wandrey´e mutlaka ulaşmak zorundayız.´´
Kayınvalidesinin hiç olmazsa sesini duymak istediklerini bildiren Grau, mesajında kayınvalidesine de seslenerek, ´´Anne bize nerede olduğunu haber ver, hiç olmazsa sesini duyalım. Kızın her gün seni düşünüyor. Eşin trafik kazası sonucu komaya girdi. Hiç olmazsa hayatta olduğunu bilelim. Kızın ile konuşmak istemiyorsan işyerimden beni ara´´ dedi.

Gelen mailler arasında ise en ilginci Amerika'da yaşayan bir Türk'e ait. Amerika'da yaşayan bir profesör, Türkiye'ye ABD'den dedektif, gönderebileceğini belirtti.

Türk Dedektif, Almanya'da Kahraman Oldu

     Almanya’da çöp mafyasının tarım alanlarına atık madde dökmesini belgeleyerek büyük çevre skandalını ortaya çıkaran dedektif, Tamer Bakiner, bir anda Almanya’nın en ünlü dedektifi, oldu. Bakiner, 25 kişilik ekibiyle 7 ay sürdüğü takip sonunda büyük bir çöp mafyasını ortaya çıkardı. Milyarlarca Euro haksız kazanç elde eden çöp mafyası, Bakiner’in titiz çalışması sonunda adalet e teslim edildi.

     ALMAN televizyonları, Tamer Bakiner’in başarısını "Çöp skandalını Türk dedektif, ortaya çıkardı" başlığıyla duyurdu. İtalya’daki çöp mafyasıyla alay eden Alman kamuoyu, birden kendi ülkesindeki çöp mafyasıyla sarsıldı. Alman basınının röportaj yapmak için sıraya girdiği Bekiner, Hürriyet’in sorularını cevapladı:

Neden yüzünüzün tanınmasını istemiyorsunuz?

     -Biz Almanya’da büyük bir çöp skandalını ortaya çıkardık. Çok açık konuşalım, bir mafyayı deşifre ettik. Onlar çok büyük zarara uğradılar. Hedef olabiliriz. Bunun yanında işimiz gereği dedektif, olarak yüzümüzün tanınması da çok doğru değil.

Mesleğimiz tehlikeli mi demek istiyorsunuz?

- Dedektif, olarak bir bilinmeyeni araştırıyorsunuz. Hangi sonuçlarla karşılaşacağınız hakkında en ufak bir bilginiz bile yok. Bu, tabii ki tehlikeyi de getiriyor. En nihayetinde yasal veya etik olmayan bir konuyu araştırıyorsunuz. Bu yollara başvuran insanlar da her şeyi göze alarak bu yola çıkmışlar. Kazanç yollarının kesildiğini görenler bizleri ölümle tehdit ediyorlar. Her zaman her şeye hazırlıklı olmak bizim için esas.

AİLEM ADANALI

Nasıl seçtiniz bu mesleği?

     -Ben Adanalı göçmen bir ailenin dört çocuğundan ikincisiyim. 1972 Almanya doğumluyum ve Alman vatandaşıyım. Burda ilk ve orta okulu bitirdim. Küçüklüğümden beri hep polis mesleğine ilgi duydum. Orta okulu bitirdikten sonra Münih’te polis okuluna gittim. Polis okulunu bitirdiğim sene avukat bir tanıdığımız benden küçük bir araştırma yapmamı istedi. İlk özel dedektiflik, maceram böyle başladı. İlk araştırmalarım faydalı sonuçlar verince, avukat tanıdığımızdan devamlı iş almaya başladım. Bana dedektiflik, polis olmaktan daha çok heyecan verdi. Böylece lisans alarak kendi dedektif firmamı kurdum. 16 seneden beri Avrupa’nın tamamında çalışma olanağı buldum. yanımda Almanya genelinde 40 kişi kadrolu çalışıyor. Ama bunun yanında bir iş için hukukçulara, vergi danışmanı gibi uzmanlara da ihtiyacımız oluyor ve onlara da iş veriyoruz. Avrupa genelinde bürolarımız var.

Çöp mafyası Euro milyarderi

     -Çöp ve atık madde depolaması konularında Avrupa genelinde faaliyet gösteren uluslararası büyük bir holding beni arayarak konuyla ilgili araştırma yapmamızı istedi. Almanya gibi gelişmiş ülkelerde çöp ve atık maddenin depolanması veya yok edilmesi, oldukça pahalı bir iş. Yasadışı yollardan yapılan çöp ticareti sadece Almanya’da milyarlarca Euro’luk paranın mafyanın kasasına girmesi anlamına geliyor.

     Son olarak Sachsen Anhalt eyaletinde 25 kişilik ekibimle yedi ay boyunca gece gündüz geniş bir araştırma yaptık. Bazen bir kilometre uzaklıktan çekimler yaptık, bazen günlerce kamyonları takip ettik, helikopterle havadan tespitlerde bulunduk. Günlerce arabalarda sabahladık ve sonunda yeteri kadar delil toplamayı başardık. Çöp mafyasının sadece bu bölgede on milyon tona yakın çöp ve atık maddeyi tarım için ayrılan araziye gömdüğünü saptadık. Çöpler hiçbir tedbir alınmadan 80 metre derinliğe toprağa gömülürken, görüntüledik.
